Deck Design with 3 Season Room

In this case, we adopted roof details that repeated in the existing home within the deck and 3 season room design. 

This walkout basement nestles the deck area with sloping grade and an existing stone/wood retaining system. The area dictates that a decking with grain should be used. The deck support system and rails match the window and trim color of the existing home. 

Glass rails help maintain the view and ambient light from within the home. 

Architects will tell you that their job starts at the front door and ends at the back door.
